Payment must be received for the services that you order before we can accept your order. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm to you by email.
Prices are listed in our website for the services that we offer. In some circumstances you may be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.Currently, we only deliver within the UK.
You have a right to cancel your order. You will be entitled to a full refund less the cost of us returning your footage (if necessary), provided we receive cancellation prior to our receipt of your original footage. If we have already started work on your footage, you still have a right to cancel but will only receive a partial refund. This will be based on the actual work done up to being notifying about cancelling. Cancellation must be notified in writing. We will refund any sum outstanding to you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if one or more of the services you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or if the material supplied by you is found to contain offensive, unsuitable content. If we need to cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will reimburse you with any outstanding fees.
If we are required to return footage which was found by us to contain offensive, unsuitable content, then the cost of returning this footage shall be deducted from the sum to be refunded to you.
In the unlikely event that damage or loss to your raw footage is caused, we will compensate you with up to the purchase value of the original media. Please note that this will not apply to any raw footage that has arrived in a damaged or unsuitable state or tapes that are damaged during playback due to defects or general age. This would also not apply to tapes damaged/lost in the post.
The finished DVD will be delivered to you at the delivery address you have specified. We will keep you informed of delivery times but delivery is usually within 30 days of receiving your footage. Once the finished DVD has been posted to you, it will be at your own risk and we will not be liable for loss or destruction. If the finished home movie we deliver is damaged or defective in any way, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the finished home movie. If you have contacted us within 10 working days, we can send a new replacement home movie out to you.
You warrant to us that any videos, images and music tracks that you provide for us to edit on your behalf are not subject to any third party proprietary rights (including music copyright) which would prevent you enjoying these videos, images and music tracks in an edited format for personal, non-commercial use. Security and privacy of your videos and photos is of utmost importance to us. We will not release your videos or photos to anyone but yourself.
Copies of the DVD and photographs will be kept for a maximum of 6 weeks but can be destroyed earlier, if requested.
